How To Update Your Monthly Payment Method
- Log in to your Volusion account (ONLY if you are the owner of the recurring Volusion billing plan)
- Click Register
- Complete the form to add an additional payment method to the account
- Use the radio button to select your updated payment method
- Click Choose to apply
If you find that you need assistance or even just some reassurance, you can contact our Billing team by phone (800-646-3517, option 4) during business hours, or submit a “ticket” to them at any time. For the latter, choose Billing from the Category menu or Online Store from the Service menu.
