If you frequently export the same data set from your store, you can preserve your settings and save considerable time by using saved exports. If you’re not familiar with configuring an export, we recommend that you watch the video called "How to Export Store Data" before proceeding.
In your Admin Area, go to Inventory > Import/Export > Standard Export and select the section and data columns you’d like to export. After choosing your preferred file format, check the box called Save This Export for Future Use. Be sure to enter a unique name to help identify this query in the future, then click Export. The settings you’ve configured are now stored in a special section of your Admin Area called the Query Bank.
To run a saved export you’ve previously created, simply click the Saved Exports tab under Inventory > Import/Export and choose a name from the Saved Queries dropdown. Make sure the correct file type populates in the File Format dropdown, then click Export. From this point, you can download and view the file like you would a normal export.
