Welcome to my.volusion.com, where you'll manage your Volusion business account. Here, you can view your billing history and print invoices, update your pricing plan features, update your credit card information, create support tickets, set up your FTP and email accounts, manage your domain name server records, and much more.
If you’ve never logged in to MyVolusion before, you need to use the email address and password you used to place your store order. If you opened a 14-day free trial, be sure to use the email and password from your enrollment email – not the ones you use to log in to your live store.
If this is your first visit, take a minute to choose and answer a secret question. We’ll use this to verify your identity any time you contact Volusion Support for help with your account.
You can change your login credentials and contact information at any time by clicking Account Info in the menu on the left. Please be sure these details are always up-to-date.
If you need to contact our Support team for help with your account, simply click Create a Ticket, fill out the brief form, and click Submit.
Every Volusion store owner has a unique customer ID. Any orders you place with Volusion will be associated with your customer ID number. You can set up additional user accounts with limited rights by clicking Manage Users in the menu. Every user account you create will have its own customer ID number.
If you find that you don’t have rights to certain sections, or if you don’t see the order information you’re looking for, it’s probably because you logged in with the wrong email address and password. You can verify this by making sure the customer ID number matches the one in your store’s welcome email.
If you ever forget your password, you can click the Forgot Your Password link on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.
