To create a storefront link to a custom article, go to Inventory > Categories in your Admin Area and create a new category in the menu of your choice. Name it as you'd like it to appear on your storefront. Using our example from the video called "How to Create and Edit Articles," we’ll name ours "Industry Information" and assign it to the main navigation menu. When you’re finished, open the Advanced Info section, click the Misc tab, and locate the Alternate URL field.

Here, enter the file path for the article. To find it, go to Design > Site Content, locate the article, and click View Live Article Page. Copy the file path from the URL, paste it in the Alternate URL field, and save. The article should now be visible on the storefront. If it isn’t, go to Settings > Maintenance and click Rebuild next to the Search Index option, then refresh your browser. To change the position of the article in the menu, you can use the Display Order field at Advanced Info > Category Display on each pertinent category’s edit page.

If you need to edit the article, you can do so from the storefront by hovering your cursor over the content area and clicking Edit.
