Your customer support PIN is an 8-digit number unique to your monthly hosting plan. If you have multiple stores with Volusion, each store will have a different customer support pin.
You’ll need to provide this PIN any time you contact our Support team via phone. Note that your store must be on a Plus plan or higher to take advantage of our phone support.
You can find your customer support PIN in your store's Admin Area, in your myVolusion account, or in your welcome email.
The initial login credentials for your Admin Area are the email address and password you used when you first set up your free trial or purchased your store. See Password Management FAQ for more information.
Once you've logged in to your Admin Area, you can find your customer support PIN in the upper right corner of your screen. To expose the number, move your mouse over the circular icon with your administrator account initials.
Your MyVolusion account was created when you completed the process of purchasing your store plan. For information on logging in, see How to Access MyVolusion.
The Account Information section lists any stores associated with your customer account. Your customer support PIN is the same as your "store ID" number, which displays next to the domain name associated with each hosting plan (this section may add an additional zero to the beginning of your support PIN, if so, remove it when contacting Volusion):
