Volusion suggests using Firefox as an alternative browser if you do not have access to Chrome.

To clear the cache in Firefox, open Firefox, click the button with three bars in the upper-right corner of the browser window, and select Options from the resulting drop-down menu. This action will open a new browser tab.

Once the page has loaded, click Privacy & Security on the left hand menu under Search. Afterward scroll down the page to Cookies and Site Data. Click the button labeled Clear Data to the right which will open a pop-up window. Make sure both boxes, Cookies and Site Data as well as Cached Web Data, are checked and click Clear.
