As a Volusion store owner, you have access to a full-featured account management and information system at my.volusion.com. You can view and create messages for Volusion support, view your monthly billing activity, manage your account information, and much more.
In this section, you can manage the most vital aspects of your business relationship with us: contact information, security and login credentials, hosting plan details, payment method, authorized users, and much more. Read on for details.
In this section, you can do the following:
- Edit your MyVolusion email address (login).
- Edit your MyVolusion password.
- Edit the secret question we use to verify your identity when you contact us.
- See your unique Volusion customer ID number.
- Edit your contact information, including the account holder and physical address.
These details have crucial implications for your ability to get help when you need it and maintain the security and privacy of your entire account. They're separate from the credentials you use to log in to your store(s). For more information about the differences, see "All Access: Your Password FAQs, Answered".
In this section you can a list of all charge activity for your payment method. Click the InvoiceID value to see an invoice, and the OrderID value for the related order's original purchase invoice. The section displays three months of activity at a time. Use the Prev and Next buttons to scroll through your history.
Your invoices contain all plan and usage details that contributed to your monthly fee, itemized and calculated.
Plans / Orders
In this section you'll find your current billing cycle and all elements of your monthly plan and their associated fees. You can make numerous changes:
- Add extra email accounts.
- Increase your newsletter email limit.
- Add or upgrade Fraud Score.
- Upgrade to a higher plan.
Use the Next and Prev buttons to view details for past and future billing cycles.
If you have more than one hosting plan, use the Choose Order menu at the top to switch between them.
This section displays all payment methods you've uploaded to your account. To add a new one, click Register and fill out all applicable fields. When you've finished, click Register again.
By default, we'll remember the payment method for future use, but if you don't want us to, deselect Remember this payment method. Also, if you have more than one recurring billing order with us, we'll apply the payment method to all of them. If you don't want us to do that, deselect Apply this payment method change to ALL my existing orders. When you do so, we'll apply the payment method to none of your existing orders. If you need to apply a payment method to one or some orders but not all of them, please contact us.
To apply any payment in your account to all existing orders, use the radio button to select it and click Choose. Be sure Apply this payment method change to ALL my existing orders is selected. You can also delete any card by clicking Delete next to it.
Please be aware that deleting a card from this page only prevents you from applying non-applied cards to your orders. If it's already applied, you'll merely delete the details from this page, not from our internal billing system. To remove an applied payment method from our billing system, contact us.
If you're the primary owner of a store, you may have a staff of designers, managers, developers or other people working with you who will need to contact Volusion for support or manage aspects of your account. You can add them and set their permissions in this section.
To add a user, first select the relevant hosting plan from the Choose a Domain menu. Then click Add New User. Fill out the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields and click Save. Note that new users have permission to manage all aspects of your account by default. If you only want a user to have permission to certain aspects of your account, deselect the relevant items before saving.
When you create a user, they'll receive an invitation at the email address you specified. The email provides instructions on how to accept the invitation. If the user doesn't already have an account with us, we'll prompt them to establish a password and secret question for identity verification.
You can edit any user you've created from the main page by selecting it from the Users list, selecting or deselecting items of your choice, and saving. You can also delete a user at any time. Note that if you want a user to have rights to more than one hosting plan, you must create that user for each hosting plan separately.
This section contains a record of your written communications with us using our ticketing system or the email address that was assigned to your account in the Account Info section at the time the communication began.

View My Tickets
By default, your ticket history shows all tickets beginning with the most recent. If you have more than 25, you'll see pagination across the top to view older tickets. You can search by ID number or by keyword. You can also sort by status, using the Open, On Hold, and Closed options at the top. To view an individual ticket, click its ID number.
Tickets that have been closed for fewer than 14 days allow you to reply as you like. If that option has expired, simply create a new ticket.
Note that you won't see the tickets of other user accounts you've added and given ticket management permission to, and they won't see yours.
