When you run an online store, you want to make sure your site can easily be found by both customers 👪 and by the search engines 🔍  that can help direct more of them to your site. For this reason, you have two different types of URLs for your pages: dynamic and static.

The content of dynamic URLs changes based on a visitor’s queries to a website’s database. The manner of display is based on the way the user access the page. Sophisticated search engines (like Google) are able to index dynamic URLs most of the time, but to ensure that your site is indexed by all of the largest search engines, it’s best to use static URLs whenever possible.
