Your store ID is an 8-digit number unique to your monthly hosting plan. If you have multiple stores with Volusion, each store will have a different store ID number.
You’ll need to provide your store ID number any time you contact our Support team via phone. Note that your store must be on a Plus plan or higher to take advantage of our phone support.
You can find your store ID number in your store's Admin Area, in your myVolusion account, or in your welcome email.
The initial login credentials for your Admin Area are the email address and password you used when you first set up your free trial or purchased your store. See Password Management FAQ for more information.
Once you've logged in to your Admin Area, you can find your store ID number in the upper right corner of your screen. To expose your store ID number, move your mouse over the circular icon with your administrator account initials:
Your MyVolusion account was created when you completed the process of purchasing your store plan. For information on logging in, see How to Access MyVolusion.
Once you've logged in to your MyVolusion account, there are two ways to view your store ID number.
The Account Information section lists any stores associated with your customer account. The store ID number displays next to the domain name associated with each hosting plan:

You can also see your store ID number in the Manage Store menu next to the Volusion logo. The menu lists all of your stores by domain name, along with each store's ID number in parentheses:
If you only have one Volusion store, the domain name already displays next to the Manage Store button at the top of the page. You can move your mouse over the domain name to display a label with the store ID number.
When you first signed up for your free trial or purchased your store, you received a welcome email at the email address you entered on your order form. The email, titled "Welcome to your Volusion online store," contains your Admin Area URL and store ID number.
